Fast and efficient and straightens my hair in 10 minutes. Only issue is its a bit flimsy and could be of better quality for a $385 dollar straightner. I haven't had any issues with product yet and it cools down fast which is great?

I am a huge GHD fan. Only because I have incredibly thick fuzzy busy hair. I love the product. The width is amazing and definitely Shortened the length of time it took to dry and straighten my hair (anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half normally). The only noticeable change from the original GHD is the quality of the outer case. It feels a little flimsy and seems to move at the join and it feels hollow. So it takes some getting used to. My older GHD feels more solid.

Otherwise it does the job and my hair feels amazing.

It is really good for straightening very Fast but when you curl you have to take small section, when you take big section it keep slipping off from plate, and sides gets so hot so it little hard to curl but if you professional and know the technique its good to go. You have to go slowly to get good result.
