I've been using this product for four years and can't be without it because it just does such a good job. I have mid length hair. After blow drying and flat ironing my hair, sometimes creating a few beach waves in the length, I spray the product lightly throughout interior of hair and on the top, and use my fingers to run it through hair and shape the style. It holds the style well, keeps volume in waves, and also smooths out any frizz. I also spray product onto hands and rub them together to work the product through layers around my face and lightly on the top of my head. You don't want to saturate your hair too much, start off lightly, work it in, and then add more if you need it.
