Extreme Conditioner is formulated with Redken's Strength Complex which contains Amino Acids and Arginine to strengthen and fortify the hair, and Citric Acid to balance pH. This is the newest addition to my Redken hair system, I also use the Super Soft which is fabulous. Since incorporating the colour extend and also Extreme, I have noticed my hair is growing faster - I can see more regrowth than I have in the past, the coloured parts are staying nice and bright + it smells and feels lovely!

I also recommend Anti-Snap as a treatment for split ends if you are using this combo - it really completes the set.

Decided to try a different brand of shampoo & Conditioner this time & have not been disappointed. Great product combo. Loving the Redken Extreme Duo & will be ordering again.
