Rockabilly Blue is one of the strongest true, neutral blue hair dyes. This vibrant, ultra-powerful blue leaves cool tones on virgin, unbleached hair. For head turning results, Manic Panic recommend lightening hair to a light level 9 blonde and toning hair before use to prevent unwanted hues.

How many 4oz containers of Manic Panic hair color should I buy?

Short Hair up to Bob Length: 1 bottle for thin or thick hair.
Below the Shoulder up to Waist Length: 2 bottles for thin hair and 2-3 for thick hair.
Tailbone or Longer: 3 or more bottles for thin or thick hair.
Please Note: Strong pigments like Rockabilly Blue should be used sparingly - a little goes a long way!

Manic Panic’s semi-permanent hair color contains fortified herbal and protein complex, and features no animal by-products. Manic Panic Hair Color can be used to achieve vibrant colors on pre-lightened or light blonde hair.

Dark colors such as red, purple or green may be used to highlight naturally darker hair shades.

Manic Panic Hair Color should be used EXACTLY as supplied and described on the packaging. Do not add peroxide or other permanent hair colorants.

Manic Panic hair colorants may temporarily stain skin and permanently stain the fabric of clothes, towels and bedding etc. Do not use with alkaline based products as these will upset the pH balance needed for maximum absorption of color by the hair. Low pH or non-alcohol hair products are recommended.

Avoid contact with eyes and do not use Manic Panic Color for eyebrows or eyelashes. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse out with warm water and contact a doctor.

Please Note: Not for internal use, avoid ingestion. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid Freezing. Keep out of the reach of small children. For the best results, please use on porous, bleached, tinted or naturally light blonde hair. When applied to darker untreated hair, results may vary depending on hair shade and texture.

Great colour!! Lasts pretty well for a bright semi permanent too. I’m naturally dark brown and if the bleaching leaves copper tones they come out slightly greener giving it an ocean feel ?
Nice colour but not a strong...

Compared with the Siren Song Amplified Dye, this one didn't really take very well. It was put on bleached hair that had some washed-out teal dye in it, and clearly not as strong.
