Baxter of California Shave Tonic 120ml

The unique shaving experience from the Baxter Finley Barber & Shop comes home. The new revitalising Shave Tonic helps you get the best shave possible and maintain healthy skin pre- and post-shave. This go-to, multitasking product used by the Baxter Finley Barbers works as both a pre-shave and post-shave treatment. It features a soothing combination of rosemary, eucalyptus, camphor and spearmint essential oils designed to cool razor burn and prevent in-grown hairs while balancing skin’s pH. Vitamins, E, D and A fortify and protect the skin while aloe provides calming hydration.

How to use:

  • For use pre-shaving, soak clean towel with hot water.
  • For post-shaving, use cold water instead.
  • Ring out excess water and spray towel with the product.
  • Apply to face for 30 seconds, avoiding eye area. Do not rinse.
  • Product can also be used without a towel. Spray directly onto face after shaving, avoiding eye area. Do not rinse.

    This might be a tonic but I thought it would also be a shaving product. The instructions refer to spraying onto a hot cloth and applying that to the face, then shaving. Do not spray directly on the face/eyes.
    I'm unlikely to continue to use this product.
