Love the shampoo and received promptly. Only gripe is it's the second time when recieving a matrix shampoo parcel that the neck has been snapped off the bottle and had leaked slightly. I've had to rebottle and wasted a bit in doing so. I explained I was just wanting to advise that packaging may need improving as it came
in a bubble bag.Wasn't after a replacement but when I got an email back about it, it was "we've never had complaints about this before" and made me feel like it was my problem. Never heard back after that so wasn't very happy with the response.
