Much prefer the older formula, gave a much nicer texture to my hair. This doesnt give the nice hold, you have to use lots of it and makes your hair limp

As far as adding texture to your hair and holding it is a great product! I love the effectiveness of it ... but I must have a sensitive scalp because everytime I used it I would react! Itchy bumps that scab :(
Not really the products fault, but sucks because now I’m searching out something as effective but without the reaction.
