Can anyone shop online?

Absolutely, our easy to use website allows you to peruse through our HUGE selection of hair products, add your requirements to your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout.  All prices are inclusive of GST.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but we are unable to cancel orders that are packed & ready for dispatch.  Cancelled orders will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee.

May I buy products directly at your salon?

Our salon does NOT carry the whole online catalogue BUT we offer a Click & Collect option!

Purchase online, and collect instore.

• Orders placed AFTER 8AM will be ready for collection on the NEXT available pick up day.
• Orders placed BEFORE 8AM will be ready for collection on the SAME available pickup day.

AVAILABLE PICK UP DAYS:

• TUESDAY: 9am - 5pm
• WEDNESDAY: 9am - 5pm
• THURSDAY: 9am - 7pm
• FRIDAY: 9am - 5pm
• Orders placed after 8am on FRIDAY will be available for pickup the following TUESDAY

Please collect within 2 weeks of the order date. Outstanding orders after this time may get automatically returned & cancelled, incurring a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Are your products brand new?

Yes our products are all brand new unless otherwise stated.  

Are your products Authentic?

Yes our products are 100% guaranteed authentic. We work directly with the brands and authorised distributors 

What is Backorder?

That means the item you want is currently out of stock but we will backorder it in for you with our next order cycle.  These can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, and if it takes longer than this we will email you and give you the option to cancel your order.
